This sweet boy just hit his 6-month milestone, and it was such a joy to capture! We’re doing the full first-year package together, and if this session is any sign, the rest of the year is going to be amazing. Six Months of Smiles Milestone Session
From the very beginning, he was full of big smiles and the best belly laughs. He lit up the studio with his happy energy. It’s always a treat to see little personalities shining through at this age.
We used a grey concrete backdrop for a clean, modern look. Then, we switched it up with a new grey and tan wood plank floor that added warmth and texture. The setup was simple but perfect.
His mom chose the cutest outfits. They were neutral, soft, and timeless. Most importantly, they let his sweet expressions take center stage.
He loved sitting up, playing with his toes, and flashing those bright, joyful eyes. Every little movement was full of personality. As a result, we captured so many natural and fun moments.
Throughout the session, he made it easy to keep snapping. He gave us giggles, curious looks, and even a few tiny squeals. It was one of those sessions that reminds me how fun this age is to photograph.
Milestone sessions are such a special way to document growth. Six months is full of big changes, and it deserves to be celebrated. I’m already excited for his next session—we’re just getting started!

Our First Year Package includes three sessions: 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months — and yes, the 12-month session includes a custom cake smash to celebrate their big ONE! You can also choose to add on a 3-month session or even an 18-month milestone if you want to extend the memories just a bit longer.
