This family of seven just happen to be some seriously special people. This is my older sister, her hubby and their five kids. I always love taking photos for my family and their kids. There is just something about capturing the personality of my nieces and nephews that makes my job so fulfilling. Plus, I just love the way this entire session came together! We’ve done photos for the Atkinson family many times before over the years. My sisters are some of my biggest supporters and I sure love when I get to photograph their families. Steph and I had been planning this session for a few weeks. We weren’t quite sure were we wanted to take photos until the day of but I really LOVE that we used the Laub Park on the Island. Those fall colors are perfect!
Steph nailed the clothing for their session! Seriously, I am dying over all those cute dresses. I dig the black, blue and gold! Those colors are spot on! Plus, they all look so fancy and dressed up! This family does clean up nicely!
Steven is getting baptized this year so we took a few photos of him with this Book of Mormon as well. I can’t believe he’ll be 8 years old! For Real, where does the time go.
Taylie was so cute and such a little MODEL! She wanted to pose and keep posing. Showing off her earrings, her shoulders (without the jacket) and picking spots to take her pictures each time.
Lexie is such a doll. She was so giggly and all smiles for us! I sure love her cute little personality and voice.
Dylan was easy peasy. He’s a bit older and easier to pose and instruct. I should have got a photo of him and dad playing football in the background!
Jaycie is a beautiful teenager! I rarely get to see her in a dress so this Black and Gold dress were awesome! I love that her hair is so long and beautiful. She’s growing into this gorgeous high schooler!
Mom and Dad were all smiles and a few jokes during the session. Overall, I think we couldn’t have done better! Thanks again Atkinson Fam!
