I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since this little guy joined our family! Two Years! Time sure has flown by. Daily it doesn’t seem like it but weekly, monthly and now yearly it sure breezes by. So many little thing I love about being a mom and having a two year old. So many I can’t list them all. We celebrated Kip last month for this birthday and here’s a bunch of photos for our memories! We did a Construction themed birthday and it was so fun to put together. Kip loves anything trucks, tractor, monster, dinosaur, or boy so it was an easy theme to do. I ordered some cute invitations of Etsy from MinkyBabies and it turned out adorable! I ordered custom shirts for Kip, myself and dad from Magnolia West, a construction hat from Little Blue Olive. Most of the decor was from Amazon and I was actually super impressed with how sturdy and cute they were!
Here’s some fun things about Kip as he turned 2 years old.
- He loves his binky and blankets. Yes, multiple blankets!
- He loves to say “help me”
- Monster hands are a highlight. He loves to get monster hands out and tickle everyone
- He likes to ROAR like a dinosaur and often
- Kip knows animal sounds pretty good, my favorite are kitty cat, Truck and Jeep
- He can count to 10, when he wants to of course. And he doesn’t say 1 most of the time but will say the other numbers.
- Kip loves Popsicle, Cookies, and suckers.
- He was obsessed with the color Yellow for a while and called everything yellow but that has recently passed.
- Kip is working on colors and often guesses correctly but is still working on these
- He gives the best hugs and kisses on his terms. He does love to give high fives and knuckles in stead of kisses.
- Also, he’s a grandma’s boy a lot of the time.
- He loves to watch movies but also loves to play toys. Its a good balance.
- Kip really enjoys drinking MOM’s drink. Bad habit we started!
