This family is seriously awesome. I was privileged to do their family pictures last fall and some fun Christmas pictures for them. Chelsie is an amazing nail tech and I highly recommend her to anyone! When she asked me about my birth story packages I was thrilled! Her birthstory package included Maternity, Hospital coverage, newborns and a one year session. We did their maternity photos a month or so ago and their little boy, Trax, was super cute and I had a blast (Photos Here).
Chelsie and Steve moved to another state for the summer so Steve could work. They were scheuled for a C Section on May 8th and were planning coming home the weekend before. Chelsie said she started having contractions a little early so they came back 3-4 days before they had planned on. The weekend before she text me and was worried about going into labor at 3 am.. I said “Call me anytime”. That’s part of the fun of doing a birth story is you usually don’t know when they will go into Labor. Lucky for me she went until her scheduled C Section which made it easier for me because of my full time job. I headed to Logan Regional Hospital at 7 am on Thursday May 8th. At 8:04 she delivered a healthy and beautiful baby boy, named Acen. Her delivery went smooth and she was doing great! I left the hospital around 9:20 to give them a chance to snuggle their baby, visit with family and have me out of their hair. I went back that evening to take some family pictures and additional newborn photos in their room. Trax wasn’t too sure about baby brother but we did managed to capture a smile from everyone.
