Cache Valley and Logan Utah Family Photographer
One huge benefit of living in Utah, Logan specifically, is that I get to see Amazing scenery nearly every time I go to a photo session. And I LOVE it. Utah is such an breathtaking and beautiful place, I often take it for granted how lucky I am to living in a area so full of beauty. Shelley contacted me and wanted to do their family picture session at Tony Grove Lake. I was super excited. I did a bridal session there a few weeks ago and LOVED it so naturally it was a go. Shelley and Todd were amazing to work with and their kids were awesome. I rode up with them and we kept the conversation up the entire drive. It was super helpful and I think it gave the kids time to warm up to me so they could be them selves during pictures. Shelley had picked beautiful colors that complimented each other and the area perfectly. Hanging out at Tony Grove lake was the perfect evening for this session. The area wasn’t busy and was nice and quiet for us. We used the Lake and the tree’s/fields for the perfect backdrops. Their kids were adorable and did awesome smiling for me and the camera. At the end of their session they changed into some Utah State Aggie apparel for a few pictures, which I totally loved. Having families show their personality, interests and hobbies is always super fun and welcome during any of my sessions.
We stopped at the overlook on our way down from Tony’s Grove for one last photo before the evening started loosing too much light. It’s such a beautiful area in Logan Canyon and I think this family compliments it well. They are super people and they rocked their session.
