Have I mentioned how much I LOVE newborns? They are quickly becoming my favorite sessions. Like EVER. This little lady didn’t disappoint! She seriously rocked her session at just 7 days new.
I work with her dad at Hycomp and was thrilled to be able to capture these first moments of their little girl. Nick and my hubby go snowmobiling and work together as well so it was fun to have them over to our house and catch up outside of work as well. Their little 3 year old was full of energy and was one of the best siblings I’ve had for a newborn session! It took a minute or two for her to warm up to me but after that she did everything we asked. And that includes giggle, smile, hold sister, and more. Wow, a 3 year old like her is a dream for a photographer. LOVE IT!
Little lady at 7 days old was also amazing. She did so well and hit every pose we tried. She sure liked her fingers and had scratched her face just a little bit. She kept trying to grab her cheeks. I guess I wanted to as well because they are adorable. Sometimes I wonder if my clients like pictures edited so their skin is perfect or left as is to show the imperfections and flaws or as I call them, character. I debated with her but decide to leave it as is. She’s just perfect the way she is.
