We were so excited to welcome this sweet baby girl to the studio recently—and even more excited because we’ve photographed her family before! A few years ago, we had the joy of doing her older sister’s newborn photos, so getting to capture this new little one felt extra special. As a Logan Utah newborn photographer, one of the best parts of our job is seeing proud siblings step into their new role. Big sister did such a great job! She was gentle, happy, and full of love for her new baby sister. The sibling photos we captured are some of our favorites from the session—so full of connection and joy.
For this newborn session, we did four different setups, each with its own style and color palette. It’s always fun to create variety so families walk away with images that feel both timeless and unique.
Here’s a quick recap of the setups we did:

Creamy neutrals for a soft and classic look. These tones highlight baby’s features so beautifully.

Floral purples and blush added a subtle girly touch without feeling overly bright or busy.

A cozy brown wrap in a basket for an earthy, natural vibe that always photographs so well.

And finally, a white wood backdrop with pops of dusty rose and greenery—simple, clean, and fresh.
Each backdrop and color choice was thoughtfully styled to complement her skin tone and to coordinate with the soft, delicate feel her family was drawn to. As a Cache Valley newborn photographer, we always love customizing our sessions to fit each family’s style.

About Our Studio Newborn Sessions
Studio newborn sessions are some of our absolute favorites at Stacey Hansen Photography! As a Cache Valley newborn photographer, we love working with families to capture those first sweet days.
Our studio, located in Logan, Utah, (Technically in River Heights, Utah) is calm, cozy, and perfect for newborn photography. It’s fully equipped with controlled lighting, beautiful props, clean backdrops, and a warm, soothing atmosphere. Because we manage every detail, we’re able to create timeless images with soft tones and beautiful setups.
Additionally, working with an experienced Utah newborn photographer means your session is always personalized. You’ll have access to a wide variety of props, wraps, backdrops, and curated setups. While many clients come to our Logan Utah studio, we also offer in-home lifestyle sessions. However, in-home sessions include a travel fee and fewer props—but they provide a relaxed, natural feel. If you prefer the full prop selection, studio sessions are the way to go.
Either way, we would love to photograph your little one. As your Logan Utah newborn photographer, we’re honored to preserve these special first moments.
