I met this cute family about a month ago for their Maternity pictures. These two adorable kids were so much fun then and again at their newborn session. Mom and Dad were amazing to work with and so kind. Their little baby boy was a handsome one during his newborn session. We had a blast photographing him in our studio. McInerney Newborn Boy.
We started out with some Family photos and then sibling photos. I’ve likely said it before and I’ll say it again! Due to the age of some siblings, sibling photos can be super hard. These kids did great. They were funny and loved making faces. She particularly was funny and loved sticking her tongue out at me. A lot. However we manged to capture some super cute family of 5 photos and some 3 sibling photos for them.
The newborn photos of little guy were great. He wasn’t too happy about being propped up on his hands in any way shape or form so we had to improvise a little bit with the Airplane and Trains. We usually lay babies on their arms or hands but instead just laid him sideways. Still adorable! We also used this big stuffed animal lay flat mat they brought. I love these types of personal things clients bring. Mom and Dad explained that they’ve used that mat with every one of their kids, so of course we used it during this session too.
I loved chatting with these two as well. They are from Wisconsin and both work at Utah State. It’s always enjoyable to hear about people’s stories and where they are from. One of the many reasons I love my job.

Studio Sessions are some of our FAVORITE! In our Studio, we control the lights, props, backdrops and even the temperature to an extent but we also offer in home newborn sessions! We have a full list of props and backdrops that we can travel with or you can come to us and have access to them all! There is an additional travel charge for in home sessions.
