Hansen Family Camp 2025 – St. George, Utah Adventures!

Every year, my in-laws plan an epic Family Camp — a tradition we’ve come to cherish. While it started with actual camping, the last few years we’ve leaned into the comfort of house rentals (and I’m not mad about it!). This year’s destination? St. George (Washington), Utah — our second-farthest family camp yet, right behind Oregon! Hansen Family Camp 2025 – St. George, Utah Adventures!

And let me tell you… it was packed full of sunshine, laughs, adventures, and most importantly, quality time together.

One of the things I loved most? The kids were off the tablets, phones, and TVs for most of the trip. Watching them unplug and dive into nature, play, and creativity was honestly one of the biggest highlights for me.

Here are just a few of our favorite memories from this year’s trip:

🌄 Glitter Mountain – such a fun and unique spot the kids were amazed by
🥾 Hiking Pioneer Park – including exploring the slot canyon (always a favorite!)
💦 Waterfall + Pond Hike – a short, sweet hike that led to swimming and frog catching (a total win with the boys!)
🏖️ Sand Hollow Lake – we spent hours swimming, splashing, and digging in the sand
🏊 Pool + Lazy River – perfect for relaxing after busy mornings
🎭 80’s-Themed Murder Mystery Dinner – hilarious costumes, dramatic reveals, and so many laughs
🍝 Spaghetti Night with a Twist – we drew names and had to eat dinner using random “plates” and “utensils” (think: spatulas, cupcake tins, measuring cups… you get the idea!)
🎨 Galaxy Jars & Paint-by-Numbers – fun crafts for everyone, and a great way to wind down in the evenings
🎣 Fishing Game with Auntie – a sweet little activity the kids looked forward to

And of course, we played tons of games, shared meals, and just enjoyed time together as a family. The Hansen’s know how to have fun, and Family Camp continues to be one of the things we look forward to most each year.

It’s not just about the place we go — it’s about being together, creating memories, and watching our kids grow up surrounded by love and laughter. ❤️
