I met up with the Dahle Family last week for this handsome dudes 1 Year Cake Smash Session and some quick family photos. We met at their house in Hyrum which is actually not too far from my own. A handsome and all boy session was perfect with these guys! Outdoor Cake Smash Session Cache Valley Utah
Mom had asked for some abstract blue colors for this session so that’s what we did with the cake. A pretty simple but super cute blue ombre cake! I brought a banner I’d made that worked perfectly with that cake. Plus the one topper from Tender Love Card stock was awesome! My first time using the #1 and I loved it!
Before we broke out the cake we did take some cute posed pictures in their yard. We also headed across the park and into some fields behind their house for some great nature backgrounds. Dad drove the dirt bike back there and I have to say those are probably my favorite! Dad and son with the dirt bikes. Mom said she rides too so we should have got one with all 3, next time!
This family was super fun and welcoming into their home. I loved getting to know them more. Plus, we realized Dad and I went to high school together. Small world!
