We love giving back to the community and helping others out. That’s exactly what happens at Spice On Ice each year. The Eccles Ice Center puts on this amazing event and raises money for their non-profit center so they can continue to operate year around. It’s always a fun event and we love being a sponsor and photographing the event. However, it’s not just about advertising for us. We are passionate about giving back. Each year the food is delicious. A variety of chefs and restaurants participate in this amazing event. Each of which, donate their time and food. The event begins with appetizers at 5:30 in the lobby of the Eccles Ice Center. The Food ranged from Pancakes, popcorn, caramel apples, waffles, cookies, shrimp, and more. The night continues with food in the main arena. The restaurants and chefs compete for the name of Spice On Ice Winner each year. The food was so good it was hard to choose a favorite this year!
The night continued with the winners from the Silent Auction, Raffle Winners and a Live Auction at the end. All of the prizes and gifts are donated from businesses around the valley/Utah area. Again, raising money for the Eccles Ice Center. Such a great opportunity for businesses and residents to support this venue.
This year’s People’s Choice winner was USU Catering. However, all chefs did an amazing job!
