Fall is one of the most magical times for senior photos in Northern Utah. The leaves transform into vibrant shades of gold and orange, and the mountain air carries that cozy, crisp feeling we all love. As a result, every session feels warm, colorful, and full of personality. This week, we headed up into the beautiful canyons near Logan, Utah, for Bentley’s senior session. Even though the rain tried to stop us, the results were absolutely worth it! From start to finish, her session was filled with laughter, creativity, and confidence. 🌿
Despite the chill and light drizzle, Bentley showed up with the best attitude. In fact, she made the whole experience fun and carefree! Bentley — my best friend’s daughter — will graduate this May with the Class of 2026, which still feels impossible to believe. Over the years, I’ve watched her grow from a sweet, giggly little girl into a strong, joyful young woman who radiates kindness. Watching her embrace this exciting new chapter was truly special. 💛
Although the weather was unpredictable, the overcast skies created the dreamiest, most even lighting. Consequently, every photo glowed with soft, natural tones that highlighted the rich fall colors of Cache Valley. Between the golden trees, rustic fences, and peaceful mountain paths, every location added something unique to her session. Later, we even ended the evening by the lake, where Bentley bravely splashed into the water — chilly, cold and all!🌾
Furthermore, sessions like this always remind me why I love what I do. Photography, after all, isn’t just about taking pretty pictures. It’s about preserving milestones, emotions, and those fleeting in-between moments that tell someone’s story. Through every laugh, every quiet pause, and every brave step into the unknown, we get to freeze a piece of life exactly as it is right now.
Bentley, I couldn’t be more proud of you. You’ve grown into such an amazing young woman with a bright future ahead. Congratulations on your senior year — it’s going to be a wonderful adventure, and I can’t wait to see where your path leads next! 🎓✨
