Turning one is such a big milestone — full of curiosity, wobbly steps, and plenty of frosting! Cake smash sessions are one of my absolute favorites to photograph. Not only are they adorable, but they also capture your little one’s growing personality, their sense of wonder, and those honest, joy-filled expressions that make this age so special.
This Wild ONE session brought all the jungle magic! Between the palm leaves, soft pink balloons, and hints of gold, everything came together beautifully. The playful theme matched this sweet girl’s personality perfectly — curious, fearless, and ready to dive right into her cake. Moreover, every giggle, frosting-covered hand, and crumb-filled grin told its own little story. 💛
And speaking of cake — can we take a moment to appreciate this masterpiece from Temptation Cupcake in Logan, Utah? 🎂 The soft pink frosting with hand-painted leopard spots was pure perfection. Plus, the cake topper (found on Etsy) added the finishing touch to this wild, one-of-a-kind setup. 🍃💗
