A Growing Family and Big Announcement
The Sangers are such a sweet family, and this session had an extra touch of excitement — they’re expecting another little one! I absolutely loved capturing their joy as they celebrated this new chapter. Their adorable daughter stole the show with her big blue bow, playful spirit, and infectious smile.
Their pup also made a guest appearance, adding an extra dose of charm and energy. Including pets always makes sessions feel even more personal and fun! These are the moments families look back on and cherish forever — the ones filled with love, laughter, and just a little bit of chaos.
Golden Light and Fall Colors in Mantua
The Mantua fall mini session location was bursting with color. Every tree seemed to glow with shades of red, orange, and gold, creating the dreamiest backdrop. The late afternoon sun peeked through the trees just enough to give that warm, glowing light we photographers can’t get enough of.
We mixed in some traditional family portraits along with plenty of candid moments — giggles, hugs, and a few sweet belly shots to celebrate baby number two. Because those in-between moments often tell the most genuine story, they’re always some of my favorites to capture.

Sessions like this one remind me why I love photographing families in Cache Valley and Northern Utah. Watching families grow year after year and documenting their milestones — from maternity to newborns and beyond — is such a privilege.

Pricing starts at $165 for mini sessions. Pricing goes up to $285 or $499+ for larger groups, so there’s an option for every budget. Each session includes both posed portraits and candid, playful moments, giving you a full variety of memories to look back on for years to come.
In addition, you can choose the location that best fits your family! While most sessions take place right here in Cache Valley or Logan, Utah, I also travel throughout Northern Utah for a small additional fee. You can select a location that’s meaningful to your family, or I can share a list of my favorite photo spots to help you decide.
