As a Cache Valley newborn photographer, I’m often reminded how quickly these precious newborn moments pass. This sweet little girl’s session was full of soft snuggles, peaceful expressions, and those tiny, perfect features that melt your heart. Session Info
Each pose we photographed was carefully chosen to highlight her delicate little details—those tiny toes, sleepy eyelids, and the way her hands naturally curled under her cheek. We started with some wrapped poses to help her settle and feel secure. Wrapped setups are especially helpful for newborns under two weeks old and help ease them into the session with comfort and warmth. From there, we moved into some bucket and prop shots that offered a blend of textures and soft tones that complimented her skin perfectly.
As a Logan Utah newborn photographer, I always focus on creating a calm, baby-led environment. Every baby is different—some love being wrapped, while others prefer more freedom in posing. This little one gave us such calm, content expressions, and even a few tiny smiles that made mom and dad beam.
In every session, my goal is to preserve the early moments you’ll never get back. Being a Northern Utah newborn photographer means I’ve seen how quickly babies change, even in those first few weeks. That’s why documenting their peaceful beginnings is so special to me—and to the families I work with.

About Our Studio Newborn Sessions
Studio newborn sessions are some of our absolute favorites at Stacey Hansen Photography! As a Cache Valley newborn photographer, we love working with families to capture those first sweet days.
Our studio, located in Logan, Utah, (Technically in River Heights, Utah) is calm, cozy, and perfect for newborn photography. It’s fully equipped with controlled lighting, beautiful props, clean backdrops, and a warm, soothing atmosphere. Because we manage every detail, we’re able to create timeless images with soft tones and beautiful setups.
Additionally, working with an experienced Utah newborn photographer means your session is always personalized. You’ll have access to a wide variety of props, wraps, backdrops, and curated setups. While many clients come to our Logan Utah studio, we also offer in-home lifestyle sessions. However, in-home sessions include a travel fee and fewer props—but they provide a relaxed, natural feel. If you prefer the full prop selection, studio sessions are the way to go.
